摘要
安心莲子草叶甲是生防所1986年从美国Florida引入,该虫在我国湖南省中部及湖北地区。由于冬季温度太低,不能自然越冬。1987年进行了成虫冬季人工保护和接种释放越冬后成虫技术的研究,11~12月在田间采集成虫,1~4月在温室盆栽空心莲于草上饲养。在1~2月下旬温室温度5~10℃下,叶甲能保持低度活动,3月间温室停火后开始产卯,冬季在温室中能繁殖两代。5月上旬将成虫按每公顷3000头释放在空心莲于草为害的水域,至11月中、下旬,叶甲能在田间繁殖7~8代,1988~1991年应用上述技术对湖南省1500公顷水域的空心莲子草进行防治,取得了明显的防效。

was first introduced from Florida of U.S.A.toChina by the Biological Control Laboratory in l986.It
was found that the flea beetlecould not overwinter naturally in Hubei and Hunan Provinces of
central China,due tothe low winter temperatures.Since l987,techniques of artificial protection of
the adultsduring winter and inoculative releases of the overwintered adults have been
developedfor tke control of the alligatoeweed in irrigation canals,reservoirsl river banks
andwaterways in the two provinces.Tke adults were collected from the field
inNovember-December and maintained on potted alligatorweeds through the wintermonths
(Jan-April) in a greenhouse.They maintained low activities when thegreenhouse was heated to
5-10℃ during January to late Feburacy and began to ovipositin early March when heating was
removed from the greenhouse.Two generations couldbe obtained during the winter months in
the greenhouse,By early May,adults werereleased into the fields with alligatorweed infestation
at a rate of 3,000 aduIts per ha.Seven to eight generations of the beetle could be reprodticed in
the field before mid tolate November,Significant control results of the alligatorueed has been
achieved withthis technique in about1,500 ha of water surface areas.
