摘要
设计由Open_PLC组成的温控系统,实现卫生热水温度的自动调节。该系统由基本界面模块和热电阻输入模块实现现场信号的采集和设备的控制,利用上位机组态运行环境进行PID运算,由模拟量输出模块输出三通调节阀的开度控制信号,达到自动调节水温的目的。
A temperature control system composed of Open PLC has been studied in this article, in order to adjust the sanitation water temperature automatically. This system uses basic interface module and hot resistance input interface module to obtain the locale signal and control the device, PID operation is executed by configuration software running environment in upper computer, and the system output adjusting signal to control three channel valve~ s opening degree through analog signals output module, achieve the aim of water temperature automatically control.
