摘要 微波烧结利用材料与微波的相互作用产生热量而实现对材料的热处理,微波加热的温度测量与控温方式与传统电阻炉加热相比有很大区别。以PC机为控制核心,利用红外测温仪和智能温度控制仪等实现了自动温控系统。计算机通过串行接口(SPI)与智能控温仪表通讯,实现了工作状态监控、温度曲线和仪表参数设定等功能。该系统能够方便地改变烧结工艺,可满足多种电子陶瓷材料的烧结需要。系统具有工作稳定、精度高、操作方便、功能完善等优点。 The principle of interaction between materials and microwave electric and magnetic fields were used for microwave processing of materials. There is a theoretical difference between microwave heating and conventional electric oven heating. The temperature control system of microwave sintering was developed by using PC, infrared thermocouple and temperature controller. The PC was used as the centre of the control system ,which monitored the state of heating and set the parameters of the temperature controller via SPI. The heating curve can be varied to fit the needs of microwave processing of different materials. The system has features of reliable performance, high precision, convenient operation, and multiple functions.
