摘要
JPEG2000是静态图像编码最新的ISO/ITU-T标准(ISO-15444)。文中介绍JPEG2000所采用的离散小波变换、感兴趣区域编码的实现及JPEG2000在WinCE下实现需要注意的一些问题。
JPEG 2000 is the newest ISO/ITU-T standard for still image coding （ISO-15444）. In this paper, the realization of Discrete Wavelet Transform （DWT） and Region of Interest （RI） are introduced, otherwise, some problems must be solved to realize JPEG2000 on WinCE are also discussed.
