摘要 本文提出了一种电容式压力传感器的温度补偿方法,它适用于在不同输入压力下的温度补偿。本文设计的相应的补偿电路,经高低温测试,其补偿效果良好。对变送电路的输出输入关系也作了推导。 The present paper puts forward a new method to realize the temperature compensation,especially,at various levels of input pressure. Relevant circuitry has been worked out,which after being tested at low and high temperatures,proves to be very effective. The derivation of the output/input relationship of the transducer is also given in this paper.
