摘要
从实验上研究了环境温度变化在10℃范围内二频机抖陀螺的零偏和温度的关系。通过大量高低温环境的重复性温度实验,利用逐步回归法建立了一种零偏温度补偿模型,并对该模型的补偿效果进行了实验测试。结果表明,在小范围内二频机抖陀螺的零偏和温度、温度梯度及温度速率有较好的线性关系和重复性,可以通过建立温度补偿模型来提高陀螺的精度,而且该模型完全满足工程上的实时补偿要求。
Based on temperature experiment, the relation of mechanicaUy dithered RIG's bias to temperature has been studied within environmental temperature change limited 10℃. The new kind of temperature compensating model is established in the help of the method of stepwise regression by lots of high - low temperature experiment repeated. The compensation effect is validated by experiment. It has been shown that there have been the better linear reation and repeatability between the RIG's bias and temperature. The RIG's precision can be improved by temperature compensating model established, and the model can meet the requirement of real - time compensation.
