摘要
设计了一种新型适用于臭氧发生器用供电电源.该系统除了具有目前IGBT逆变电源控制系统必要功能外,还具有自动调节输出功率、软开关技术、电路比较简单和效率高等优点.本试验主电路采用IGBT相控全桥结构,驱动电路采用M 57959模块以及利用CD 4046 IC锁相环实现频率跟踪负载移动相控控制方法,成功开发出了适合产量为1.5 kg/h的串联谐振DBD型臭氧发生器用逆变电源系统.系统的实际运行结果证明了理论研究和实际设计的正确性.
A new power supply fitting for ozone generator is presented. In addition to the functions necessary for the present controlled system, it has advantages of automatically adjustable output power, soft-switching technology, simple circuit and high efficiency. Using several methods including the schemes of phase controlled full bridge of IGBT, drivers of M57959 and the frequency tracking phase shift PWM control based on CD4046 IC, the power supply for the DBD ozone generator with the output of 1.5 kg · h^-1 is developed successfully. The correction and the practical value of the theory are verified by the practical operation of the power supply.
