摘要
为了净化处理重油催化裂化装置产生的含硝浓度较高的废气,经过方案比选决定采用臭氧氧化脱硝技术进行处理。介绍了臭氧氧化脱硝技术工作原理、影响因素以及在石化烟气脱硝系统中的应用和脱硝效果。实践表明,在典型废气温度条件下,臭氧氧化脱硝技术配合末端氨水清洗处理能够同时脱除废气中的NOx和硫化物,该技术具有脱硝效果好、经济性高、自动化程度高、反应可以在较低温度下进行等优势。
In order to purify the exhaust gas containing high concentration of nitrogen produced by the catalytic cracking unit of heavy oil, ozone-based denitration technology was adopted after the scheme comparison and selection. The working principle, influencing factors and application of denitrification system in flue gas and the effect of denitrification ware introduced. The detailed process of denitrification system and the treatment process of NOx-containing flue gas ware described. Application practices show that under the typical exhaust gas temperature, ozone oxidation denitrification technology can remove NOx and sulfide in the exhaust gas simultaneously with the terminal ammonia water cleaning treatment. This technology had the advantages of good denitrification effect, high economy and high degree of automation. In addition, the reaction could be carried out at lower temperatures.
