半金属摩擦材料组成对其摩擦磨损性能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 利用扫描电镜分析(SEM)、X射线能谱分析(EDX)和差分-热重分析(DTA-TGA),对自制半金属摩擦材料的主要组分──有机粘结剂、铸铁屑、铜纤维和石墨对其摩擦磨损性能的影响进行了试验研究。有机粘结剂含量约为10%~11%时,摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能最佳;随铸铁屑含量的增加,摩擦系数和磨损量均增加;石墨的影响与铸铁屑相反;铜纤维含量大于19%时,摩擦系数和磨损量均有一定程度的增加。 In the experiment,the influences of dominant ingredients,such as organic adhesion agent, cast iron debris, brass fiber and graphite powder, on friction and wear characteristics ofsemimetallic friction materials were systematically investigated by means of wear test, scanning electronmicroscope (SEM), and differential thermal analysis-thermogravimetric analysis (DTA-TGA). Theexperimental results showed that the friction coefficient and wear loss of the sendmetallic friction materials increased obviously with the increment of cast iron debris content, but decreased evidently withthat of graphite powder content, and increased lightly when brass fiber content was over 19%.However,the friction and wear perfermances of the materials were guite fine when organic adhesion agent contents were 10% to 11%.
