摘要
目的:了解乌鲁木齐市静脉吸毒人员性行为特点。方法:2002年7月到2002年12月乌鲁木齐市某门诊以筛选的方法招募了508名HIV阴性的静脉吸毒者。调查其人口学特征和性行为情况。结果:508名静脉吸毒者平均年龄为29.2(29.2±6.3)岁,静脉吸毒者中男性87.0%(442/508),女性13.0%(66/508),维吾尔族46.3%(235/508)、汉族40.6%(206/508)。男性当中64.2%(284/442)有主要性伴,84.5%(240/284)在最近一个月发生过性行为,77.1%(185/240)人在最近一个月的性行为过程中没有使用安全套,42.7%(79/185)维吾尔族人和43.8%(81/185)汉族在最近一个月的性行为过程中没有使用安全套。女性当中83.3%(55/66)有主要性伴,83.6%(46/55)在最近一个月发生过性行为,95.7%人(44/46)在最近一个月的性行为当中没有使用安全套。结论:尚需要多部门合作进一步加大干预力度,提高安全套的使用率。
Objective： To investigate the sexual activity of injection drug users （IDUs） in Urumqi. Methods： During July to December, 2002 we have recruited 508 HIV negative IDUs by screening and studied their demographic characters and sexual activity. Results： Of the 508 IDUs their median age was 29.2 （29.2±6.3） years, among whom 87.0% （442/508） IDUs were male, 13.0% （66/508） were female; 46.3% （235/508） were Uighur, 40.6% （206/508） were Han. 64.2% （284/442） of male had their primary sex partner. 84.5% （240/284） IDUs had sex during the last month. 77.1% （185/240） didn＇t use condom in last month of sexual intercourse. 42.7% （79/185） of Uighur and 43.8% （81/185） of Han didn＇t use condom in last month of sexual intercourse. 83.3% （55/66） of the female had their primary sex partner. 83.6 （46/55） of the female didn＇t use condom in last month of sexual intercourse. 95.7% （44/46） didn＇t use condom in last month of sexual intercourse. Conclusions： We have to strengthen our intervention and expand the usage of the condom by multi-sectoral collaboration.
