摘要
对电子天平称重系统中铍青铜弹簧片进行了宏观和微观的失效分析，得出了基本的失效模式是过量变形和断裂；指出，材质，热处理工艺、刚度等不稳定因素是导致弹簧片失效的主要原因，并提出了相应的改进措施。
The bergllium bronze spring leaf in the electronic balance weighted system is analysed microstructurally and maerescopically. The basic failare modes,over strain and fracture,are presented.The main causes of spring failure are the unstable factors of material,hot betment processing and rigidity.The suitable improved measures are proposed.
