摘要
乌鲁木齐市的城市用地扩展有着时间上的快慢交替和空间上的“T”型轴向式扩张的特点,可根据影响城市用地扩展的主导因子的不同,将不同历史时期乌鲁木齐市城市用地的扩展类型划分为交通指引型、工业投资拉动型、产业政策导向型、整体实力拉动型。
The urban land expanding of Wulumuqi has the characteristics of rapid and slow alternation in time and ＂T＂ shape axle in space. We can clarify the expanding types of urban land of Wulumuqi at different times into traffic guiding type, industrial investment type, industrial policy orientation type and total force expanding type according to different influencing factors of urban land expanding.
