摘要
土地利用变化研究是目前全球变化研究的前沿课题,而土地利用变化的自然和社会驱动力研究对解释土地利用的时空变化和建立土地利用变化预测模型起关键作用,因而成为研究的焦点。同时,应把分析社会经济因素对土地利用变化的作用置于重要位置。本文以重庆市为例,对重庆市建设用地变化及社会经济驱动力进行分析,结果表明:影响重庆市土地利用变化的主要社会驱动力因素有经济发展、城镇化和工业化、政治经济政策等因子。
The research of Land use and change is the forefront topics of all global change research,while,the research in the LUCC of the natural and social driving forces,plays a key role to the time and space change of land and the establishment of land-use change prediction model.so it has become the focus of land use research.At the same time,Because alarge namber of historical land changes are owing to human useing activities,therefore,analysis of socio-economic factors on the role of land-use change should be placed in an important position to the management in Chongqing City.Land-use change and driving force for socio-economic was analysed in this paper.The result showed that the reasons of change and mechanism of land use,include development of economic,townify,industrialization policy of politics and economics,etc.
