摘要
经验研究表明,丰富的自然资源可能是经济发展的诅咒而不是祝福。大多数自然资源丰富的国家比那些资源稀缺的国家增长的更慢。经济学家将原因归结为贸易条件的恶化、荷兰病或人力资本的投资不足等。同时,经济学家还就如何避免资源诅咒总结了若干政策性建议,它们对我国建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会仍不乏可借鉴之处。
Empirical studies show that abundant natural resources may be a curse rather than a blessing since the economy of most resource - rich countries grows slomer than others.Economists attribute resources curse to the fall of trade term, Dutch disease or insufficient investment in human capital. Meanwhile, economists made a lot of policy suggestions on how to avoid resource curse, which can guide construction of saving resource model and environment- friendly model society of China.
