摘要
"资源诅咒"产生于20世纪50年代,形成于20世纪90年代。其核心思想就是自然资源禀赋与经济增长呈现负相关关系。即使从中国省级层面来讲也是如此。这一理论存在的相关概念混淆,将影响经济增长的因素简单化,以至于将资源诅咒错误地看作是"具有普遍性"的问题。
＂Resource Curse Thesis＂ appeared in 1950s and formed in 1990s, Its marrow is that the natural resource endowment and the economic growth present the negative correlativity. It is the case on provincial levels. The confusion of correlation concept in this theory will simplify the factors which affect economic growth, and Resource Curse will be wrong when regarded as an ＂universal＂ problem.
