摘要
目的：建立薄层荧光扫描法测定刺五加片中异秦皮啶含量的方法。方法：采用0.4%CMC-Na硅胶G板,以氯仿-甲醇(19∶1)为展开剂,在紫外光灯(365nm)下检视,以薄层荧光扫描法,激发波长为345nm。结果：线性范围为0.05～0.3μg,r= 0.9987,平均回收率为99.17%,RSD=2.14%。结论：该法可作为刺五加片的含量测定方法。
Objective：To establish the determination method of Sofraxidin in Ciwtujia Tabelts with fluorescence TLC scanning. Methods：Using 0. 4% CMC-Na silica gel G as the coating substance and a mixture of Chlorom-methanol （19 ： 1） as the mobile phase and examining under ultraviolet light （365nm）. By fluorescence TLC scanning with λex =345nm. Results：The mean recovery of Sofraxidin was 99.17% with RSD of 2.14%. Conclusions：The method can be used for content determination of Ciwujia Tablets.
