摘要
目的:建立薄层荧光扫描法测定刺五加片中异秦皮啶含量的方法。方法:采用0.4%CMC-Na硅胶G板,以氯仿-甲醇(19∶1)为展开剂,在紫外光灯(365nm)下检视,以薄层荧光扫描法,激发波长为345nm。结果:线性范围为0.05~0.3μg,r= 0.9987,平均回收率为99.17%,RSD=2.14%。结论:该法可作为刺五加片的含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish the determination method of Sofraxidin in Ciwtujia Tabelts with fluorescence TLC scanning. Methods:Using 0. 4% CMC-Na silica gel G as the coating substance and a mixture of Chlorom-methanol (19 : 1) as the mobile phase and examining under ultraviolet light (365nm). By fluorescence TLC scanning with λex =345nm. Results:The mean recovery of Sofraxidin was 99.17% with RSD of 2.14%. Conclusions:The method can be used for content determination of Ciwujia Tablets.
