摘要 提出了一种不用表面活性剂制备纳米氧化锌的方法。利用水溶液中的反应,生成了胶状的中间体,然后在适宜的温度下分解,制备了纳米粒度的氧化锌。实验表明,该方法具有操作简单、产物较纯的优点。同时还研究了所合成的纳米氧化锌的电化学性质。结果表明,与常规颗粒的氧化锌相比较,纳米氧化锌具有较高的初始容量和循环性能,但是它的初始容量衰减很快。初步研究表明,纳米氧化锌的首次充放电循环容量也有所提高。 In this paper, a new method to synthesize nanometer ZnO was investigated. The core of this method was to find a suitable precursors, and decomposition at certain temperature. Using this method, nanometer ZnO had been synthesized successfully. The results showed that, this new method have the advantage of easily operation and pure product. At the same time, the electrochemical behavior of nanometer ZnO had been studied, our experimental results showed that nanometer ZnO has better cyclic performance, but cyclic capacity losses very quickly at the first cycle. We also found that the first cyclic capacity of the nanometer ZnO increased.
