摘要
提出了应急决策效果的评价指标体系,介绍了运用二级模糊综合评判评定应急决策效果的方法和模型,为应急决策系统的进一步研究提供了一定的参考依据。
The synthesis index system is puts forward, about the method and the model of evaluating emergency decision making effect with secondary fuzzy synthesis evaluation are brought. Some references for the further re- search of emergency decision making system are provided.
