本文从速率方程出发,考虑光反馈的相位和载流子引起的折射率变化的影响,研究了外腔半导体激光器的小信号强度调制和频率扫动性能。
The small-signal intensity modulation perfermance and frequency chirpping of externalcavitysemiconductor Lasers are studied using the rate equation set, which include the effectsof feedback phase and the carrier-induced index variation.
