摘要
制备的5株抗阿留申病毒(Aleutian disease virus,ADV)G株单克隆抗体(Y9、Y19、Y13、Y21和B4),都具有中和能力,都能和经乙醚处理的ADV-G发生中和反应。通过Y9与ADV-G7个基因克隆表达的抗原反应,确定了一个中和抗原决定簇编码核酸位于2750-3439碱基之间,并确定对流免疫电泳(CIEP)抗原结合蛋白位点在32k和25k蛋白上。以上工作为制备亚单位疫苗提供了理论基础。
McAb Y9, Yl9, Yl3, Y21 and b4 against ADV-G can neutralize ADV-G treated with other. Reaction of McAb Y9 with the products of seven DNA clones of ADV-G confirmed that the gene fragment coding an ADV-G neutralization epitope is located between the 2750-3439 ge nomic sequence. We found that the combining protein epitopes of CIEP antigen is located in the 32k and 25k prote頽s. This provided theory tical basis for a subunit vaccine.
