摘要
网络在给我们带来便利的同时,也给我们带来许多法律问题。传统的版权侵权法律适用规则在网络环境下正面临着巨大挑战,其各种连结因素的确立依据传统的版权侵权法律适用规则都面临着新的无法克服的困难,从而要求我们必须改革这些传统规则。基于网络的特殊情况,应采取合适的方法,就网络版权的法律适用问题作出特殊的规定。
Cyberspace brings us legal problems while offering us convenience of life and work. The traditional applicable law of copyright tort is facing great challenges that the deferminations of all those connecting factors are full of new difficulties ,which means the reform of its rules and special rules of the applicable law of copyright tort should be made in cyberspace.
