摘要
面对不断变化的内外环境,企业不断提升核心能力是保证在市场竞争中立于不败之地的关键。本文从价值链管理的角度分析价值链管理对企业核心能力提升的优越性,进而提出企业利用价值链管理提升核心能力的战略方法。
Faced with the constantly changeable internal and external environment, it is the basic guarantee for the enterprise to promote core competence constantly to be in an unassailable position in the market competition. The article has introduced the basic concepts and characters of core competence, elaborated the relationship between VCM and core competence and pointed out strategic measures to promote core competence in terms of value chain management.
