摘要
测定了自污染地区分离到的抗30μg/mL HgCl_2的87株细菌中有39株具有质粒带,将它们分为4种类型,其中汞盐抗性质粒可以转移。其抗性不只是由质粒决定,还受核基因控制。探讨了对不同菌株的质粒进行消除的方法。
Among the 87 strains isolated from the contaminative environment that is capable of growth in the presence of 30μg/mL HgCl2,there are 39 strains having some plasmid electrophoretic bands on agarose gels,which arc divided into 4 types, of which Mercury-resistant plasmids can be transformed , whose saltresistance is decided by plasmids and controlled by the nuclear gene. And in this paper is discussed the method of removing different strain plasmids.
