不同浓度Hg和Atrazine处理对泽泻种子萌发胁迫的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用水培实验方法研究了重金属汞和有机污染物阿特拉津(Atrazine)对泽泻种子萌发的影响。结果表明:重金属汞对泽泻种子有抑制,未能诱发出芽来,其根源还有待于进一步的研究;有机污染物阿特拉津在一定浓度下却促进了泽泻种子的萌发,除了低浓度的T1处理比CK发芽率低以外,随着浓度的增加,发芽率逐渐升高,当阿特拉津浓度为50mg/L时,为泽泻种子发芽率最大值。尽管高浓度的阿特拉津处理促使泽泻发芽率升高但是生长势方面并没有优势和低浓度及CK基本一致,但是T3处理出现了一个突长现象,该现象的原因还有待于进一步研究。 The impact of Hg and Atrazine stresses on seed germination of Alisma orientale Juzepcz was studied using wa- ter-culture experiment. The Hg could inhibit seed germination of Alisma orientale Juzepcz, no seed germination was observed under the Hg solution in this experiment, the reason needs to be studied in the near future. Atrazine along concentration gradient could stimulate seed germination except the low concentration. The seed germination increases with the increasing atrazine content. When the atrazine concentration reaches 50mg/L, the seed germination reaches its peak. Although high atrazine could stimulate the seed germination, the growing rate is similar to control treatment. There is one mutant showing rapid growth in high atrazine concentrations, which needs to be investigated later.
