摘要
尽管我国法律明确规定了公民享有平等的受教育权,但实践中却出现了受教育权不平等的问题。作为公民的一项基本权利,平等的受教育权理应受到国家的保护,国家应综合运用自身的教育立法权、行政权及司法权,为公民享有平等的受教育权提供保障。
Despite the specific regulation of equal civil right to education in our country, the inequality still remains in reality. As basic civil right, the country＇s protection of the equal fight to education is a must. Integrated application of legislative fight, administrative fight and judicatory fight should serve as a basis of guaranteeing equal civil fight to education.
