摘要
近20年来,心力衰竭(心衰)治疗的观念、模式发生了很大改变,新的治疗手段的出现和应用,使心衰患者的生活质量明显改善,临床事件和死亡率降低。但是心衰的治疗和心衰病人的管理,仍然是我们所面临的严峻临床问题。本文根据循证医学的最新结果,对各期心衰病人的治疗选择作一全面述评,并对目前使用的一线药物和器械治疗逐类进行分析。
The concept and model of heart failure therapy have great changes in recent 20 years. The new method application of treatment improves the life quality of patients with heart failure,and reduces clinical events and mortality. But the treatment and management of patients with heart failure is also a critical clinical problem. This article reviews the therapy selection of patients with heart failure in different stages according-to the newest results of evidence-based medicine,and analysis the firstAine medicine and instruments.
