心脏再同步化治疗心力衰竭的现状及存在的问题 被引量：17

摘要 心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)是目前的热点问题。CRT治疗的目的是尽量地使电活动顺序正常化,从而使心脏先后、左右、局部收缩的协调,达到心脏最大做功,而耗能量最少。多项大规模临床试验证实CRT能改善心脏功能、提高生活质量;心力衰竭(简称心衰)住院率减少,全因死亡率下降。双室起搏被列入治疗心衰的Ia类适应证。但目前还有许多问题如适应证的范围是否有待扩展、评价手段的指标是否科学、最佳电极位置和参数如何确定等有待研究和深化。
