摘要
为了探讨有关肺心病患者住院治疗中的费用问题,分析了北京医科大学人民医院1992～1994年期间收治的179例(257例次)肺心病患者的住院费用情况。结果表明:3年内住院总费用达272万元,例均住院费平均9832元,万元以上84例次(其中83例次为公费医疗),占总例次数的32.7%。公费医疗者例均住院费为10977元,显著高于自费者的4593元。3年来住院费用逐年上升,居首位的为药费,占61.13%。为此应加强肺心病患者的家庭治疗,做好肺心病预防工作。
To investigate the cost of Cor pulmonale patients within hospitalization,we analyzed case records of 179 patients(257 cases)in our hospital from 1992 to 1994.The result shows in the three years, total expenses is 2,720,000 Yuan,average cost per case is 9,832 Yuan.There are 84 cases(inwhich 83 cases were paid by GEI care)whose hospitalization expenses are over ten thousands Yuan,constituting 32.7% of the cases.The average cost of the patients who were paid by GEI care is 10,977 Yuan,more higher than the cost paid by patients themselves,which accounted 4,593 Yuan.The statistic result is obvi- ously.During the three years,the hospitalization expenses gradually increased.The drug cost was the major cost,constituting 61.13% of total cost.Moreover,the article suggests the treatment at home and preven- tive care scrvice of cor pulmonale should be paid more attention.
