摘要 目的观察CD1C和S-100蛋白在人乳腺癌组织中树突状细胞(DC)的表达。方法利用CD1C和S-100蛋白作为DC不同的特征性标志分子,用免疫组织化学方法观察20例乳腺癌组织及癌旁相对正常乳腺组织中CD1C+和S-100+DC的分布和形态学变化。结果乳腺癌组织S-100和CD1C表达阳性树突状细胞的平均光密度值(MOD)均明显弱于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05),面数密度也少于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05),且CD1C+DC数量的减少较S-100+DC数量的减少明显。结论DC可能与乳腺癌的发生、发展及愈后有一定关系,CD1C+DC的影响可能较S-100+DC大。 Objective To observe the expressions of CD1C and S-100 in dendritic cells (DCs) of human breast cancer. Methods The distribution and morphological changes of DC in 20 cases of human breast cancer were observed by immunohistochemstry using CD1C and S-100 monoclonal antibodies. Results The mean optic density (MOD) and square donsity(SD) of CD1C and S-100 positive DCs are less in human breast cancer than in normal tissue( P 〈 0.05),with obvious less for CD1C ^+ DC compared with S-100^+ DC. Conclusion DC may be involved in the development, progress and prognosis of breast cancer, with stronger effect for CD1C^+ DC, but not for S-100^+ DC.
