摘要
目的综合评价国内娱乐场所艾滋病预防干预的效果。方法采用meta分析方法,对检索并入选的国内15篇有关娱乐场所艾滋病干预研究文献进行综合定量分析。结果经干预后,娱乐场所女性性工作者对“艾滋病性病传播途径”和“安全套可有效预防艾滋病”的知晓率、最近一次安全套使用率,分别提高了17.40%、29.90%、19.80%。异质性分析显示,根据干预前基线率值进行亚组分层分析后,能更好地反映综合定量结果。结论在娱乐场所进行艾滋病预防干预具有较好的效果。
Objective To synthetically evaluate the effect of intervenlions for prevenling HIV/AIDS in entertainment establishments. Methods The results of 15 studies were analyzed by mela-analysis method. Results The analysis showed that rate difference（RD）of knowing sex transmission route of HIV, RD of knowledge on effect of condoms for HIV-prevention, RD of proportion of condom use in the latest sex activities, were increased by 17,40 %, 29.90 % and 19.80 %, respectively. Analysis of heterogeneity indicated that the results were precisely estimated by stratifying on the baseline values.Conclusions Interventions for preventing HIV/AIDS in entertainment eslablishments is positively effective.
