摘要
我国在崛起初期面临多方面的安全挑战。提升宏观经济调控能力,增强应对经济全球化负面的冲击;以国家利益为最高宗旨,维护安定团结的政治局面;更新发展理念和治理机制,建构服务型政府;弘扬和建设先进文化,再铸伟大中华民族之魂;实施可持续发展战略,建设资源节约型与环境友好型社会,这样才能防范和化解面临的危机和风险。
Currently, China is faced with many grave challenges, i.e. the elements of both domestic and foreign threats to security. Therefore, it is essential to build up our Party＇ s governing capacity to safeguard national security. To this end, five aspects of abilities must be enhanced among the whole Party. Only by doing so, is it possible to prevent and defuse the crisis and risks we are facing.
