摘要
作者在对学生群体调查的基础上,分析了学生对非传统安全问题的基本认知。学生认为在中国国家安全建构中,传统安全问题与非传统安全问题互相交织并重,非传统安全威胁上升,传统安全威胁依然严峻。经济安全与国家内部产生的安全威胁构成我国非传统安全问题的重要内容,中国文化安全问题主要来自于内部因素。中国与美国的非传统安全问题大相径庭。
Based on the results of an empirical survey among Chinese college students, the author analyzes their basic understandings of non-traditional security issues and draws the following conclusions. First, the students believe that traditional and non-traditional security issues are both very important to Chinese national security, and non-traditional security threats are increasing while traditional security threats remain serious. Second, economic security and security threats arising within the country constitute the major parts of the non-traditional security issues in China. For example, cultural security issues are mainly attributed to internal factors. Third, the non-traditional security concerns in China and those in the United States are quite different.
