摘要
系统研究了私营企业收入分配格局,特别是劳动者报酬状况。从宏观分配格局和企业内部新价值的分配比例看,私营企业劳动者报酬的比例偏低。私营企业与其他类型企业相比,工资水平特别是小时工资水平、社会保障与福利收入和“劳动者报酬”差距过大。
This paper studies the assignment pattern of private enterprises comprehensively, especially the worker's reward conditions. From the macroscopic assignment pattern and the assignment proportion of the interior new value, the worker's reward proportion in the private enterprises is somewhat low. Compared with other types of enterprise, the private enterprises have a big gap in the hourly wage level, the social security and the welfare income and the worker's reward.
