摘要
介绍大盘重粗拉、热处理、成品拉拔生产工艺技术以及各工序之间的运输方式,说明大盘重连续生产线的设计应从钢丝生产的总体流程考虑。大盘重收放线由于盘重大、接头少,断线次数成倍减少,可提高生产效率、产品质量,降低生产成本。采用过跨车运输,使得物流有序,减少维护工作,方便快捷。
To introduce the production process technology of rough drawing, heat treatment and finish drawing of heavy coil steel wire and the transportation manner among procedures. It is indicated that the design of heavy coil continuous line takes integration flow of steel wire production into at：count, which can raise production efficiency and product quality, reduce production cost because the take-up and pay-off coil are heavy, joints are few, wire breaking numbers reduce by times. Using rail cart to transport makes goods transport in order, reduces maintenance, which is convenient and shortcut.
