摘要
近年来我国城市地理信息标准化工作取得了长足进展,本文进行了回顾和综述,指出一系列标准化论著的出版,以及若干城市信息化标准体系、框架等技术指导性文件的出台,为"数字城市"建设起到了保驾护航的作用,指导了城市地理信息标准化工作,为城市地理信息标准制订奠定了基础。各部门和单位制订的国家标准、行业标准和地方标准,不仅为建立规范化城市基础地理数据平台提供了保障,还为市政综合监管数字化、基于位置服务、地理信息共享等领域提供了标准化依据,提高了标准化水平。此外,基础性的地理信息国家标准和行业标准的研究、制订,以及国际标准的引用,为促进城市地理信息共享和提高标准化水平创造了良好条件。
A quite great progress on urban geographic information standardization has been acquired in China in recent years. The article reviews and points out that a several standard technical documents, handbooks and standard-systems became a significant base to guide the work of urban construction of Digital City, and also instruct for working out standards. The National Standards, Industry Standards and Local Standards formulated by government or organizations not only ensure construction of the data platform of urban fundamental ic information, but also provide standardization foundation for urban municipal supervision and management, urban location based services, urban g etc. In addition, the research and working - out of prime national stands, and citation of international standards have made good conditions for promoting the urban geographic information sharing and heightening standardization level.
