摘要风电场位于青岛郊区的荒山上，公司总部位于繁华的青岛市。风电场采用的是德国进口的12台风电机组，其控制系统由EFC（Remote Field Control相当于PLC）和LPC（LPC：Local PC）组成，每台风力发电机自成体系，自动运行。风电场总体设计思想是无人值守，远程（国内外）管理控制。管理系统须提供实现如下功能：
