摘要 设计了一种基于Internet的风电场监控与数据采集(SCADA)系统框架,该系统用于实现对多个风电场的远程监控及数据的远程安全传输。使用虚拟专用网(VPN)技术在Internet上构建的各节点(风电场、监控中心、电网调度中心)间的连接,具有性价比高、安全性好的优点。经考察,该方法非常适用于中国的大规模风电场建设和运营,在风力发电行业具有很好的应用前景。 An advanced Internet-based supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system frame for wind power plant is designed. The system can be used to implement the remote supervisory control and safe long-distance data transmission among different wind farms. Linking with various nodes on Internet, i.e. wind farms, supervisory control center and power network dispatch center via the virtual private network (VPN) technology has the feature of high quality-price ratio and good security. It is demonstrated that this frame is capable of fitting for the large-scale wind park construction in China and possesses good perspective in the field of wind power by research.
