摘要
报导了锁相列阵激光器产生的亚纳秒光脉冲,测得光脉冲宽度的典型值为200ps,光脉冲的峰值功率可达380mW.
The present paper covers the subnanosecond optical pulse generated in diode phase-locked array. The typical width and maximum output power of the optical pulse were determined to be 200 ps and 380 mW, respectively.
