摘要
对21头西镇牛（9♂，12♀）的染色体核型、G带、C带及Ag－NORs进行了研究。结果表明，西镇牛公牛的核型为60，xy，母牛为60，xx。Y染色体为近端着丝点染色体。西镇牛的核型、G带和C带特征与病牛一致．认为西镇牛为瘤牛型黄牛。统计了1839个细胞的Ag－NORs数目，每细胞Ag－NORs数变化范围为2～10个，平均为5．178±0．354。
The karyotypes, G-band, C-band and Ag-NORs of 21 Xizhen cattle (9 male and 12 female) were studied. Result showed that karyotype of bull and cow was 60, xy and 60,xx respectively with acrocentric Y chrornosome, The characters of karyotypes, G - band and C - band was the same as that of Bos indicus ,it was concluded that Xizhen cattle is a Bos taurus with Bos indicus type. Ag - NORs number per cell varied from 2 to 10 with the mean of 5. 178±0. 354 by counting a sample of 1839 cells.
