摘要
实践智慧在教师专业成长中意义重大。教学模式研究的是提升实践智慧的一种有效途径,并在不同的阶段具有不同的意义。首先要借鉴学习、熟悉多种教学模式;进而是整合、活用多种模式;最终是要超越模式,走向教学的自由境界。
A teacher is a kind of practical specialty, and practical wisdom plays an important part in his development of specialty. The research of the teaching mode is an effective way to upgrade the practical wisdom and bears different importance in the different steps. We should first use study for reference,then conform and use various modes and finally surpass the modes to the ambit of the teaching freedom.
