中小学教师专业发展自主意识的应然选择与实然分析 被引量:9

摘要 教师专业发展自主意识是教师对自己专业发展过程、目前专业发展状态、未来专业发展规划的意识。它是教师专业发展的主观动力和内在核心因素。中小学教师应该具有专业发展的自主意识和能力,然而现实中小学教师缺乏专业发展的意识和动机。应通过激发中小学教师专业发展自主意识,有效提升中小学教师自主专业发展的能力。
