政治制度文明是政治文明的规范要求,政治文明是通过政治制度文明的保障采实现的。然而,政治制度文明维护的是男性政治权力的实现,近代妇女参政制度的出现提升了政治制度文明,即促进了性别平等制度的建立,奠定了民主政治制度新框架和重组了政治制度新格局。
The political system civilization is the norm of the political civilization,whose realization can be reached under the guarantee of the former.Political system civilization,however, only ensures the fulfillment of male＇s political power.Nowadays the appearance of the system of women＇s taking part in politics will elevate political system civilization,which can be found expression in promoting to set up the gender equal system,forming a framework of democracy and rebuilding a new structure of political system.
