摘要
对我国行政管理学从恢复以来的教育发展情况,包括专业设置、课程体系、研究方向的确定以及人才培养体系进行评估,是明确未来行政管理学发展方向的基础;深入研究中国当代行政管理学课程体系与教学内容及其改革,是进一步搞好行政管理学科建设与人才培养的中心环节;建设有中国特色的行政管理学课程体系与教育体系是行政管理学专业发展的目标。在我国体制转轨和政府职能转变的社会历史条件下,在科学技术发展变化和全球化发展趋势日益明显的背景条件下,对“基础”、“中心环节”和“目标”这3个问题进行研究,是我国当代行政管理学教学研究与改革的核心内容,具有非常重要的现实意义与理论意义。
The foundation of ascertaining the direction of the discipline of administrative management is the development of education of administrative management, including the choices of setup of specialty, of course system and of research directions and the evaluation of the whole personnel training system. The center of the construction of discipline of administrative management and personnel training is to delve into the course system of administrative managements and the reform of its teaching contents. The goal of development of the discipline of administrative management is to construct a course system and education system of distinctive Chinese characteristics. This paper attempts to analyze those three issues, which are the core of education research and reform of administrative management against the background of a rapid development of science and technology and of the trend of globalization.
