摘要
企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作,虽然所属的范畴以及各自的侧重点不同,但两者间的共性基础和联系性所追求的效果和想要达到的目的一致性给我们提供了两者相结合的条件和可能。作者从这两个方面的结合点、新载体和结合的途径进行分析论证。
Enterprise culture and ideological politics work belong to the different category and have different emphasis. Basis on their consistence of effect and aim which their common grounds and connections pursuit, it＇ s possible for us to combine these two things. What I talk about in this article focuses on their combination, new carrier and new channel of unity.
