摘要
采用索氏提取法提取了泽兰中的脂肪酸成分,再进行甲酯化处理,利用气相色谱质谱(GCMS)法对其进行分析.结果表明:从泽兰中分离并鉴定出5种脂肪酸,占其总检出量的59.87%.不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的33.84%,饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的26.03%.
The fatty acids in Eupatorium odoratum was extracted by Soxhlet extraction. The fatty acids in the oil were esterified and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC/ MS). 5 fatty acids were identified in the Eupatorium odoratum. The contents of the identified fatty acids accounted to 59.87% ,while,the unsaturated fatty acids were 33.84% ,and saturated fatty acids were 26.03%.
