摘要
目的比较不同剂量利培酮治疗老年器质性精神障碍的疗效和不良反应。方法将84例老年器质性精神障碍患者随机分为3组,分别给予不同剂量利培酮0.5mg、1mg、2mg,疗程6周。于治疗前及治疗第2、4、6周末进行简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果不同剂量利培酮均能有效改善老年器质性精神障碍,但在起效时间和不良反应方面却有显著差异。结论1mg利培酮是治疗老年器质性精神障碍的理想剂量。
Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of risperidone of different dosage in the teatment of elderly brainic mental disorders. Methods 84 patients of elderly organic mental disorders were randomly assigned to 3 groups to receive risperidone of different dosage respectively for 6 weeks. BPRS, CGI and TESS were adopted to evaluated the efficacy and side effects before and after 2,4 and 6 weeks .Results Resperidone of different dosage had good efficacy in the treatment of elderly oganic mental disoders, but there were significant differences in the side effects and the effective time among different dosages. Conclusion The dosage of 1㎎ of risperidone is optimal in the treatment of elderly organic mental disorders.
