胃癌组织促红细胞生成素受体表达与血管生成的关系及意义 被引量:2

The correlation between expression of erythropoietin receptor and angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma tissues

摘要 目的探讨促红细胞生成素(EPO)受体表达与肿瘤间质血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法,用抗EPO受体的多克隆抗体和抗血管内皮细胞CD31单克隆抗体对50例胃癌组织标本进行分析。结果胃癌组织中微血管密度(MVD)明显高于正常对照胃组织[(25±13)比 (12±4),P<0.01],与肿瘤分化情况(P>0.05)无关,而与肿瘤大小、侵润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、TNM分期密切相关;EPO受体表达与MVD高度相关(P<0.01)。结论 EPO受体水平与胃癌患者的血管生成程度和病情进展高度相关,EPO在胃癌发生发展过程中可能是一种内源性的促进肿瘤血管生成的因子。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of erythropoietin receptor (EPO-R) and the microvessel density (MVD) in gastric carcinoma tissues. Methods Expression of EPO-R and microvessel density of 50 primary gastric adenocarcinoma specimens were investigated by immunohistochemical methods using antibody to EPO-R and CD31. Results In gastric adenocarcinoma, the level of MVD was significantly increased, compared with normal issues(25 ± 13 vs. 12 ±4,P 〈0. 01 ). Morever, the level of MVD was closely related with the tumor size, invasive depth, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and the p-TNM stage, but not with tumor differentiation. The expression of EPO-R was closely related with MVD (P 〈 0.01 ). MVD increased with the increase of EPO-R expression. Conclusion The level of EPO-R correlates with angiogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma. EPO might be an endogenous stimulant of vessel growth during tumor progression of gastric carcinoma.
