摘要
目的:探讨异位脉络丛癌的诊断治疗。方法:分析我院近来诊治的1例异位脉络丛癌的临床资料并结合既往文献报道。结果:临床表现为局限性神经系统损害和进行性颅高压征,影像学表现不典型。结论:异位脉络丛癌少见,易引起误诊。确诊有赖于病理检查,治疗以手术为主,辅助于放、化疗。
Objective：To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of heterotopic choroid plexus carcinoma. Methods： To analyse 1 patient with heterotopic choroid plexus carcinoma and review the literature. Results：Heterotopic choroid plexus carcinoma presented focal neurological signs and progressive intracranial hypertension. It＇s appearance of imageology was not typical. Conclusion：Heterotopic choroid plexus carcinoma are rare lesions and mlsdiagnosed in clinic. The diagnosis depends on pathological examination. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy after operation are the best treatment of heterotopic ehoroid plexus carcinoma.
