摘要
目的观察长期服用都可喜对老年慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者血气指标的影响。方法采用自身对照法。选取老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者36例,口服都可喜治疗,每次1片,2次/d,疗程24周,用药前后分别进行血气指标测定。结果患者服用都可喜4周、24周后PaO2上升(P<0.01),PaCO2下降(P<0.01)。结论都可喜能够改善慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者的血气指标。
Objective To observe the effect of long term treatment of Duxil on arterial blood gas on elderly patients with COPD. Methods 36 patients with COPD were treated with one tablet Duxil twice per day. The arterial blood gases of patients before treatment, 4 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment were analyzed. Results The PaO2 increased significantly after treatment （P 〈 0. 01） ; the PaCO2 decreased significantly after treatment （P〈0.01）, Conclusion Duxil can improve the arterial blood gases of patients with COPD.
