针药并用治疗血管性痴呆临床研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 通过检索文献,阐述近10年来针药治疗血管性痴呆的进展,对目前治疗血管性痴呆的针药临床研究进行归纳、整理和讨论。讨论:①众多临床研究中采用的诊断标准不统一,亟需一个公认、有效的临床诊断标准以指导研究和治疗;②针药并用治疗血管性痴呆均有不错的疗效,特别是针药(中药)并用,联合西药治疗,效果较为理想,值得临床选用;③充分发挥中医药的优势,在针刺的手法和中药汤剂选用的基础上,进一步深化研究和总结归纳,以取得更好的临床疗效。
